- The insurance company is the one that Approves your policy

Our Role in Monthly Billing
- We offer a billing facilitation service where customers can pay monthly through licensed insurance provider Platform.
- These payments include discounts based on voucher eligibility.
- You will always receive confirmation and documentation showing your insurance provider’s name, as they are the actual issuer of your policy.
Customer Transparency
We ensure full transparency so customers clearly understand that:
- All insurance policies come directly from licensed insurance companies.
- We only assist, guide, connect, and provide discount vouchers.
- We do not sell insurance.
IMPORTANT DESCLOSURE:
We only facilitate customers in making payments toward their insurance policies. We do not make payments directly to the insurance company on the customer’s behalf. All payments are processed by a third-party vendor.
As we do not have any means to independently verify whether the payment has been successfully made by the third-party vendor, we require customers to confirm that they have received direct payment confirmation from the insurance carrier.
